Turns the cameras you already own into analytics that watch for you

An AI video analytics platform developed by Deraia. It works on live streams and on recordings, on your own site, with a full Arabic and English interface.

Raqeeb detects a firearm and three people surrendering; threat level 4
The problem

Cameras record. Nobody watches.

Raqeeb watches the recording so a person doesn't have to, and turns what it sees into events you can search. Every capability is a separate module: a site takes what it needs and doesn't pay for the rest.

01Footage is reviewed only after something has already happened.
02Reviewing an hour of recording takes an hour.
03The value sits in the recording, and nobody can reach it.
Behaviour and threat

It reads body pose, not just movement

A body pose model follows each person's hands, knees and torso, so it knows when hands go up, when someone is on the floor, and when someone is running. Another model looks for a gun in people's hands.

  • FirearmsNewThe gun is confirmed before the alert, and the person holding it stays marked while in view.
  • Hands up and surrenderNewTells kneeling surrender apart, and works from ceiling cameras.
  • Person downNewAn alert when someone stays lying on the floor.
  • RunningNewSomeone running across the picture, towards the camera or away from it.
  • Covered faceA mask or scarf hiding the face.

Threat level

One number any supervisor understands, with its reasons

Alerts add up to a level from 0 to 4. A visible gun on its own is a Threat; any other cue with it makes an Attack. An alert marked as a false alarm does not count. And an incident becomes a sealed evidence case in one click.

0 · NormalNothing that needs attention.
1 · CautionOne light cue: someone in a zone, running, a covered face, or a vehicle past its limit.
2 · SuspiciousSomeone on the floor, or two light cues together.
3 · ThreatA visible gun, or people with their hands up.
4 · AttackA gun together with any other cue.
Zones and movement

Draw the area on the camera picture, and Raqeeb watches it

Mark a restricted area, a crossing line or a door, then choose the rule. No counters on the doors, no surveys.

  • Zone intrusionAn alert the moment someone enters a restricted area: a loading bay, a plant room, the site after hours.
  • Line crossingWho came in, who went out, through which entrance, and when.
  • Occupancy and crowdingHow full a space is right now, and when that stops being safe.
  • Loitering and dwellWho stayed longer than they should, and exactly how long.
  • Vehicle waitingA vehicle stopped longer than allowed, or in a pedestrian area.
  • HeatmapsWhere people walk and where they stop, across a whole recording.

Evidence and reports

From an alert to a sealed case file

Save any moment as evidence: the clip, the people and the alerts in one file with a digital seal that shows any later change, with a report ready to print.

  • SHA-256 sealAny change to the file after it is sealed shows at once.
  • Reports in Arabic and EnglishThe people, their clothing, the alerts and the threat level, in time order.
  • Real or false alarmMark each alert, and false alarms stop counting toward the threat level.
Raqeeb in the field

Three situations Raqeeb solves

A theft at 21:40

TodaySomeone scrubs through hours of recording, hoping to spot it.

With RaqeebOpen the camera, jump to the alert, click the person, and every other appearance is listed. Minutes instead of an afternoon.

A centre that doesn't know its traffic

TodayWhich entrance is busiest? Where do people stop, and where do they only pass through?

With RaqeebAnswered from the cameras already on the wall. No new hardware, no surveys, no counters at the doors.

A restricted area nobody watches

TodayA loading bay that should be empty after 18:00, and nobody looking at the right monitor.

With RaqeebAn alert when someone enters, and a second if they stay. Nobody has to be watching the right screen at the right moment.

How it runs

On your site, on the cameras you already have

We don't ask you to replace your cameras. We install one workstation on site, connect it to them, and train your team.

One workstation on siteIngest, detection, tracking, re-identification and alerting, the whole pipeline on a single GPU machine.
Footage never leavesNo cloud, no uploads. That answers the privacy and bandwidth question before it is asked.
Live and recordedWorks on live camera streams, and on past recordings you want to search.
